How to participate: Email us your application with the subject, “Application for the seminar” and the email should include your name, occupation, contact info and a route of information gathered (e.g. From homepage, Neolook, MB illustration, friends, and etc). Please write the information in detail. You can accompany one person for the seminar.
Gallery ‘Kkotsap’ approaches illustration within the arts boundary and with ‘First seminar, “Illustrator, tell us about your story”. We will start from asking and listening to the illustrators on the world of their work, and the illustrators currently active in the field will talk about ‘what illustration is’, ‘what kind of work they mainly pursue, ‘what characteristics of their work are (e.g. pace of working, visual figures, spatiality and etc.) and what illustrators need’. We hope to get a direction to throw ‘The festival where illustrators are focused’.
